Senior Full-Stack Developer – Python, Django, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Deliver features from start to finish utilizing Django/DRF, PostgreSQL, and React/TypeScript, encompassing scheduling, clinical records, invoicing, and reporting.

• Oversee the Playwright end-to-end testing suite for both API and UI, ensuring it remains functional with the assistance of AI agents.

• Develop AI functionalities, including an MCP server and a staff assistant on AWS Bedrock while ensuring compliance with EU data residency.

• Strategize and execute releases, which includes defining scope, obtaining QA approval, managing migrations, determining deployment sequences, implementing feature flags, and planning rollbacks.

• Take ownership of production health across ECS services, RDS, Celery workers, and the real-time server.

• Lead the resolution of issues and conduct post-mortem analyses when production challenges arise.

• Create and sustain integrations with UAE health exchanges, Stripe, SMS, WhatsApp, email, imaging and 3D scanning, alongside country-specific tax and invoicing frameworks.

• Manage multi-tenant access control, including roles, permissions, and audit trails.

• Enhance system performance by addressing N+1 queries, optimizing endpoints and reports, and conducting safe live-data migrations.

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders and clinics to clarify requirements, demonstrate completed tasks, and transform support tickets into fundamental solutions.

• Mentor a mid-level developer and elevate engineering standards through code reviews, Jenkins pipelines, and Terraform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience with Python/Django and PostgreSQL.

• Practical experience with AWS, specifically ECS and RDS.

• Proficiency in working with React.

• Hands-on experience in developing products utilizing AI/LLMs.

• Familiarity with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Jira.

• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher), both written and oral.

• A sense of ownership with the capability to lead incident resolution, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and mentor peers.
