This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Design and implement full-stack applications from scratch utilizing React and Node.js.
• Create scalable application logic and cloud infrastructure for digital products and autonomous workflows.
• Develop systems that allow autonomous agents to interact, make decisions, and perform tasks.
• Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Develop and integrate MCP-compatible REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Connect third-party SaaS platforms and external services, including Microsoft Graph and social media APIs.
• Enhance website and application performance.
• Create accessible interfaces that adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Implement authentication, authorization, API key management, and access auditing throughout the development process.
• Execute functional and end-to-end automated tests using Jest and Cypress.
• Establish service-level objectives and apply production observability practices, including logs, metrics, and distributed traces.
• Engage in technical research, solution design, and address complex engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with developers, QA specialists, architects, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Produce and maintain API documentation, interface contracts, and versioning standards.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience with modern development frameworks and languages.
• Proficient hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
• Capability to develop full-stack applications from the ground up and deploy the necessary infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS and Docker.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as ECS Fargate, Aurora, OpenSearch, S3, EventBridge, SQS, Cognito, and Bedrock.
• Experience integrating third-party SaaS tools and external APIs.
• Proven track record of developing accessible interfaces that meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, API key management, and access audit trail patterns.
• Exposure to RBAC and ABAC access control models.
• Experience delivering applications with functional and automated tests using Jest and Cypress.
• Background in developing server-side rendered applications using Next.js or Nuxt.js.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo.
• Experience building or integrating MCP-compatible REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Understanding of API interface contracts, versioning, and consumer documentation.
• Knowledge of service-level objectives and production observability practices.
• Experience building or using agentic workflows.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international team setting.
• Hands-on experience implementing structured LLM outputs through function or tool calling.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation methods, including golden test sets, LLM-as-judge pipelines, and prompt regression testing.
• Ability to define quantifiable metrics for assessing AI output quality.
• Previous experience with AWS Bedrock or similar generative AI platforms.
• Experience integrating CreatorIQ, Frame.io, Microsoft 365 Graph, or social media APIs.
