Senior Full-Stack Developer, NestJS, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and launch full-stack functionalities utilizing the NestJS API backend alongside modern React/React Native frontend interfaces.

• Construct modular NestJS domain services, RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and robust third-party integrations (Twilio, Klaviyo, Google Places/Maps, Attio CRM, Shopify).

• Design intricate, high-density administrative dashboards in ReactJS and cross-platform mobile app components in React Native.

• Implement relational schemas and optimize queries in Aurora PostgreSQL, including spatial proximity searches (PostGIS) and vector embedding indexes (pgvector for AI retrieval).

• Enforce stringent identity controls for staff and members, establish resource/field-level authorization safeguards, and implement auditing mechanisms for sensitive VIP information.

• Facilitate event-driven data ingestion and notification workflows powered by EventBridge, SQS, Lambda, and Webhooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience using TypeScript in both backend and frontend environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with NestJS (Modules, Guards, Interceptors, Pipes) and Node.js.

• Extensive experience with ReactJS (hooks, state management, modern UI patterns) and React Native (iOS & Android).

• Demonstrated expertise in relational database design, complex SQL queries, migrations, and ORMs (Prisma or TypeORM).

• Proven track record of working with LLM APIs / Providers (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude), vector search databases (pgvector, Pinecone, or Qdrant), and RAG architecture.

• Practical experience with managed AWS services (ECS Fargate, S3, Cognito, EventBridge, SQS, KMS, Secrets Manager).

• Proficient in asynchronous data fetching libraries (e.g., TanStack Query / React Query), REST APIs, and typed API client generation.

• Experience in implementing multi-tenant authentication workflows (OAuth2, JWTs, SSO federation) and rigorous permission matrices.
