Senior Full-Stack Developer, Front End oriented

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain customer CRM integrations.

• Assist customers with their existing codebase.

• Identify and resolve bugs, as well as implement new features to ensure compatibility with the latest CRM CTI APIs.

• Contribute to an agile team focused on delivering a scalable and highly available global voice platform.

• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Test Engineers.

• Employ best practices for performance, scalability, and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support the production environment adhering to DevOps principles.

• Design, develop, debug, and implement software solutions utilizing JavaScript, Java, Spring, and associated technologies.

• Generate comprehensive unit and functional test coverage.

• Create clear technical documentation and engage with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React).

• 3+ years of experience in backend development using Java.

• In-depth knowledge of Spring frameworks.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance microservices that provide REST APIs.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Expertise in server-side technologies and SQL or NoSQL databases.

• Experience addressing complex problems that span multiple products and systems.

• Background in working within an Agile/Scrum team.

• Understanding of real-time communications (SIP, RTP, etc.) is desirable.
