Senior Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and refine the backend, frontend, and APIs.

• Take initiative to implement new features independently.

• Contribute to decisions regarding architecture and technology.

• Create a high-performance, user-friendly application that is easy to understand.

• Collaborate with the team to design the assessment product.

• Engage in a coding challenge, cognitive ability assessment, and personality questionnaire as part of the application process.

• Discuss methodologies, architecture, code quality, and development practices during the technical interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with modern frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Spring Boot, or Laravel.

• Comprehensive knowledge in full-stack development.

• Experience in frontend development.

• Familiarity with Vue.js and Rails.

• Experience with AWS or a keen interest in learning AWS technologies.

• Background in unit, integration, or end-to-end testing, such as Cypress.

• Experience in agile teams utilizing a CI/CD process.

• Knowledge of GitHub Actions is a plus.

• Eagerness to learn new topics and technologies.

• Ability to creatively solve complex problems.

• Readiness to make technical decisions and play a significant role in shaping the product.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.
