Senior Full-Stack Data Scientist – Growth Algorithms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a team that integrates both LLMs and conventional machine learning techniques.

• Develop experiments to evaluate new features, including the communication of findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

• Enhance client experiences through Next Best Action modeling.

• Improve marketing strategies utilizing CRM and paid media.

• Utilize a decade's worth of rich and unique client, merchandise, and interaction data.

• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to establish roadmaps for new client products, user features, and infrastructure development.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects from research to model deployment.

• Make a direct impact on client acquisition, retention, and reactivation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of machine learning algorithms, preferably in retail personalization, such as recommendation systems or search functionalities.

• Capability to design technical solutions of moderate complexity and create production-quality applications, preferably using Python.

• Experience in managing and analyzing large-scale, distributed datasets, while considering biases and hidden variables in analytical interpretations.

• Practical knowledge of AI-assisted coding best practices and the creation of agentic product solutions.

• Familiarity with the design and analysis of online A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance metrics.

• Excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, and a strong sense of ownership when collaborating with business partners.
