Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter – Attorneys

Posted 8 hours ago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all phases of the recruitment process for attorney positions — including intake, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and finalizing hires — with minimal supervision.

• Create and manage your own candidate pipeline utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, bar association directories, referrals, and additional avenues.

• Engage directly with both passive and active attorney candidates, present the opportunity, address objections, and efficiently advance qualified candidates through the hiring process.

• Establish and cultivate a growing network of attorney connections and referral sources for current and future job openings.

• Achieve 15–20 attorney placements monthly against a specified quota, with transparency into pipeline health and conversion rates at every stage.

• Collaborate closely with practice leaders and operations to grasp role specifications, market dynamics, and changing priorities.

• Accurately record activities, candidate statuses, and results in the ATS/CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including the ability to source your own candidates rather than depending on inbound applications.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting attorneys or other licensed/credentialed professionals.

• Proficient in high-volume outbound calling and cold outreach; resilient in the face of rejection.

• Proven history of building and managing your own candidate pipeline or book of business.

• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities — capable of addressing objections and securing candidate commitments.

• Consistent track record of meeting monthly hiring quotas (15–20+ hires/month or similar volume).

• Proficient with an ATS/CRM and sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).

• Highly organized and self-motivated; capable of managing a full desk without direct oversight.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Work schedule is Monday through Friday.
