Senior Frontend Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Perform research and evaluations to recommend effective and robust software solutions customized to client requirements.

• Produce high-quality, performant code that aligns with specifications.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in current programs and spearhead refactoring initiatives.

• Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients.

• Offer technical consultancy to clients.

• Mentor peers and contribute to their skill enhancement and knowledge development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Vue.js 3 (Composition API) for developing user interfaces on Zebra handheld touch-screen devices.

• Proficient in TypeScript.

• Practical experience with REST APIs and HTTP client integrations.

• Skilled in developing responsive and touch-optimized user interfaces.

• Familiarity with Git, Atlassian tools, or similar collaboration platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in performance analysis and optimization.

• Regular use of AI-driven tools to boost productivity, automate repetitive tasks, assist in decision-making, and enhance solution quality.

• Attention to user experience under operational constraints.

• Readiness to work closely with hardware.

• Effective communication skills for team collaboration and client engagement.

• Ability to adapt strategies and approaches to fit specific project contexts.

• Experience in analyzing project requirements and delivering reliable solutions.

• Preference for offline/degraded-mode user experience.

• Preferred experience with Android WebView or hybrid applications.

• Testing experience with Vitest/Cypress is a plus.

• Knowledge of NodeJS, Docker, or related technologies is advantageous.

• Willingness and experience in mentoring less senior colleagues is preferred.

• Familiarity with application lifecycle and CI/CD processes is preferred.

• Knowledge of security and UI/UX best practices is preferred.
