Senior Frontend Engineer, Analytics Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the frontend technical lead for CMG’s DataLab product and guide the Mission Control team in the Western Hemisphere.

• Engage in the daily use of the frontend development harness and advocate for its implementation across the team.

• Design and maintain complex, scalable user interfaces for web applications utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Collaborate with the cross-functional product team to identify optimal solutions.

• Direct frontend architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, and improvements to developer experience.

• Enhance product quality through unit, component, and end-to-end testing.

• Work in partnership with product managers, back-end engineers, and engineering leaders.

• Convert intricate business requirements into clear, maintainable code.

• Lead the frontend technical direction via research, prototyping, code reviews, and production-grade implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• React: 5+ years of experience.

• TypeScript: 5+ years of experience.

• Software engineering: 10+ years of experience.

• Proven experience in leading frontend technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and establishing UI architecture standards.

• Demonstrated skill in utilizing agentic coding tools (such as Claude, Codex, and CoPilot) effectively while upholding high standards of correctness, security, maintainability, and teamwork.

• Strong full-stack experience is expected (Node.js or equivalent; CMG primarily uses .NET).

• Experience in the fintech sector is advantageous.

• Familiarity with GraphQL, Nx monorepo, Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, Storybook, and Material UI.
