Senior Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality, reusable frontend code for the SOFTSWISS Sportsbook Platform.

• Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders in a fully agile setting.

• Convert mockups into optimized, reusable, high-quality code.

• Engage in enhancing product quality and development processes.

• Perform code reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Document code and technical solutions.

• Influence product evolution and shape user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A product-oriented mindset focusing on users, clients, and product results.

• Strong understanding of UX and attention to user experience details.

• Over 7 years of experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.

• Extensive experience with React.js, Hooks, and state management (such as Redux).

• More than 1.5 years of experience with the Next.js framework.

• Familiarity with HTTP, networking fundamentals, and browser APIs.

• Understanding of fundamental algorithms.

• Capability to write clean, maintainable code with unit testing.

• Required experience with AI coding assistants: Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.

• Russian: native-level proficiency.

• English: B1+ level or higher.

• Nice to have: Docker, GitLab CI/CD.

• Nice to have: understanding of server-side development.

• Nice to have: experience with Node.js.

• Nice to have: experience with React Native.
