Senior Front-End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Enhance performance, refactor, and implement architectural improvements throughout the project, extending beyond the UI layer.

• Develop and refine agentic workflows to facilitate refactoring, testing, and daily development activities.

• Improve application performance in alignment with Web Vitals and other real-user metrics.

• Provide architectural and UX insights during product design and planning discussions.

• Create scalable, reusable code utilizing TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of front-end experience in building complex, high-load applications.

• More than 4 years of practical experience with React.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.

• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and TanStack Query (React Query).

• Solid understanding of browser internals, including JavaScript engines, DOM APIs, and event handling.

• Hands-on experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mobile-first responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience with agentic AI coding tools, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, in real-world projects.

• Capability to decompose complex, ambiguous requirements into actionable tasks.

• Strong sense of ownership with an impact-driven and outcome-focused approach.

• Proficient in Git and familiar with Agile methodologies.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
