Senior Franchise Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic advisor and mentor for a portfolio of Regional Developers within the JAN-PRO Systems International brand.

• Offer guidance on staffing, financial management, workflow optimization, and revenue enhancement.

• Organize meetings to assess KPIs, set priorities, address issues, and propose solutions.

• Identify operational obstacles, formulate data-driven action plans, and oversee implementation.

• Perform site audits and on-site evaluations to determine operational compliance and performance levels.

• Analyze profitability, overhead costs, operational efficiencies, and profit margins.

• Review financial statements and provide guidance on annual budgeting.

• Develop, standardize, and implement systemwide KPIs.

• Suggest cost-reduction initiatives and adjustments to pricing or margins.

• Design and enforce standardized SOPs while leading sustainable problem-solving efforts.

• Work alongside internal departments to streamline processes and enhance scalability.

• Assist with local marketing strategies, sales processes, lead management, conversion tactics, and customer engagement.

• Develop training materials and conduct both group and individual training sessions.

• Facilitate operational improvements, cost-saving measures, technology implementations, and resource development.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Training, and Compliance teams.

• Prepare reports detailing findings, KPI performance, and recommendations for improvement.

• Ensure proactive communication with franchisees and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a similar field.

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is preferred.

• Strong capabilities in problem-solving.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities autonomously.

• Analytical skills to assess performance data and uncover growth opportunities.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain composed under pressure.
