Senior FP&A, Financial Modeling Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for SG&A.

• Create comprehensive financial operating models in Excel, encompassing revenue, expenses, and profitability analyses.

• Generate driver-based forecasts, scenario assessments, and long-term financial strategies.

• Align financial models with general ledger data to guarantee precision.

• Provide financial planning support across various business units and revenue channels.

• Detect data inconsistencies and enhance financial reporting procedures.

• Prepare reports for executives and conduct ad hoc financial analyses.

• Collaborate with finance leadership to bolster FP&A processes and enhance financial transparency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial modeling.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the capability to build intricate financial models from the ground up.

• Substantial experience in budgeting, forecasting, SG&A, and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with general ledger data, financial reconciliations, and integrated operating models.

• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in private equity-backed, SaaS, or rapidly growing organizations.

• Competence in modeling ARR, recurring revenue, or SaaS metrics.

• Proficiency in Sage Intacct or other ERP/FP&A systems.

• Background in financial process enhancement and automation.
