Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee deployments for the organization’s most significant clients

• Coordinate with customer executives and engineers to establish priorities and success metrics

• Manage strategic accounts post-launch, focusing on Concierge performance, product utilization, customer retention, and account expansion

• Explore product enhancements, implement production fixes, and direct deployment strategy alongside the Forward Deployed Engineer

• Discover new customer use cases and develop expansion proposals

• Navigate deployments through procurement, security, and legal assessments

• Mentor Forward Deployed Product Managers and create playbooks and resources

• Supply Product with evidence-supported customer challenges and track them through to delivery

• Utilize Coach and Claude Code to troubleshoot issues, test modifications, and implement enhancements

• Contribute to the management of the organization’s largest clients as Lorikeet expands

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in managing high-stakes customer outcomes in roles such as account leadership, product management, consulting, forward-deployed positions, or as a founder

• Established trust with executives of enterprise clients

• Proven track record of account growth through renewals and expansions

• Background in startup or scale-up environments

• Experience in AI development

• Proficient in analyzing API documentation, conversation logs, and usage metrics

• Experience enhancing teams through people management or system development

• Bonus: experience in fintech, healthcare, or other regulated sectors

• Bonus: experience in shaping product roadmaps based on customer insights

• Bonus: experience in deploying AI products linked to tangible business results

• Ability to work in the designated location of the role, with visa sponsorship or transfer needs addressed in the application
