Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop the strategy, roadmap, and implementation for compliance products within Motive’s Fleet Management portfolio.

• Establish and refine product strategy and roadmap in accordance with customer demands, regulatory standards, and business objectives.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create user-friendly compliance experiences that mitigate operational risks.

• Recognize customer compliance challenges and opportunities, converting insights into product requirements and priorities.

• Oversee the execution process from concept to launch, managing trade-offs and aligning teams on scope, timelines, and results.

• Utilize data and product metrics to guide prioritization, assess impact, and enhance the customer experience continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management, demonstrating a history of delivering commercially successful software products.

• Experience in developing compliance products or working with regulated products is advantageous.

• Strong empathy for customers and a keen intuition for product development.

• A data-driven mindset for decision-making, leveraging metrics and evidence to validate assumptions and steer prioritization.

• Adequate technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineers and contribute to sound product decisions.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

• Capability to influence across different functions and work efficiently with remote teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies governed by U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

• Must be authorized to access Motive products and technology.
