This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Create revenue pricing models and cost proposals for new business ventures and client renewals.
• Assess and analyze key cost drivers, margin objectives, financial risks, and pricing assumptions.
• Ensure that pricing strategies are in alignment with the organization's financial and operational goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop competitive and financially viable proposals.
• Construct and sustain intricate financial models that forecast revenue, expenses, margins, and contract performance.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess program feasibility and growth potential.
• Convert financial data into actionable insights that support business decision-making.
• Conduct peer reviews of pricing models and financial proposals for methodological soundness, consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Enhance pricing practices and uphold financial modeling standards throughout the organization.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process for designated departments while providing support to other areas as required.
• Create budgeting tools and resources, offering training and guidance to business partners.
• Aggregate budget submissions and prepare financial data for executive and board-level reporting.
• Examine monthly financial performance in relation to budget and forecasts.
• Investigate the primary drivers behind financial discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports at the management level and deliver actionable insights to departmental leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent combinations of education and/or relevant work experience.
• Over 7 years of applicable financial analysis experience.
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in developing pricing and cost proposals.
• Familiarity with financial modeling.
• Background in cost accounting.
• Knowledge of variance analysis.
• Experience in market analysis.
• Strong analytical and technical abilities to create and interpret complex financial models.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating with business and organizational leaders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven professionalism, integrity, reliability, and sound financial judgment.
• Preferred: MBA.
• Preferred: Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or a similar professional certification.
• Occasional requirement to operate a motor vehicle for business purposes; valid driver's license and compliance with Comagine Health driving eligibility requirements may apply.
• Primarily remote, home-based work environment.
