This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic collaborator with Product leadership, assisting in defining both immediate priorities and the long-term vision for the core business.
• Create driver-based financial models that link product performance and customer behavior to revenue, annual recurring revenue (ARR), retention, and profitability.
• Analyze growth initiatives, product investments, pricing strategies, and resource allocation decisions through thorough financial and strategic evaluations.
• Construct business cases and scenario analyses that clearly outline anticipated returns, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with teams across Product, Finance, Data Science, and Marketing to set targets, determine success metrics, and assess business performance.
• Recognize emerging trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities, converting complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Enhance the speed, quality, and scalability of financial analysis through automation, standardized processes, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Leverage financial analysis, business insights, and structured problem-solving to impact immediate priorities and long-term strategy.
• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least eight years of pertinent experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similarly analytical position.
• Proficient in advanced financial modeling techniques, including driver-based forecasts, scenario analyses, and investment cases.
• Experience supporting Product, Growth, or Monetization teams in a subscription-based or SaaS organization.
• Strong comprehension of SaaS business models and metrics, such as ARR, conversion, retention, churn, customer lifetime value, marketing customer acquisition metrics, and unit economics.
• Capability to interpret complex data and open-ended business inquiries into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and establish order in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the capacity to influence senior leaders and non-financial stakeholders.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools to enhance analysis, modeling, automation, communication, or other daily operations.
• Preferred: experience assessing product-led growth initiatives, pricing and packaging strategies, customer funnel performance, or retention tactics.
• Preferred: experience in developing long-term plans and strategic financial models for a scaled technology organization.
• Preferred: familiarity with SQL, data visualization platforms, or other tools for independently accessing and analyzing business data.
• Preferred: experience collaborating with Data Science, Analytics, Product Development, or Engineering teams to define metrics and assess product performance.
