📋 Description

• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgeting processes.

• Collaborate with all business units to evaluate actual outcomes and create precise future projections.

• Lead the modernization and scaling of analytical and reporting functions through finance automation and AI technologies.

• Take ownership of the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of AI-driven analytics and reporting solutions.

• Conduct and improve analyses of revenue, margin, and operating profit variances.

• Detect trends, key drivers, and actionable insights.

• Spot opportunities to automate repetitive finance tasks and minimize manual processes and cycle times.

• Oversee and automate reporting and analytics for sales commissions.

• Integrate ERP, CRM, pricing, and commissions systems into seamless automated reporting solutions.

• Act as a liaison between Finance and IT/Data teams.

• Report directly to the Finance Director within the finance department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline with 5+ years of experience OR a Master's degree in the field with 3+ years of experience OR a doctoral degree in the field with 0-2 years of experience.

• Proven experience in business planning, strategic development, financial analysis, FP&A, or analytical roles.

• Demonstrated proficiency in process automation, advanced Excel modeling, or BI/reporting tools.

• High comfort level in working with large datasets across various systems.

• Strong grasp of financial statements, variance analysis, margin economics, and operating metrics.

• Prior experience with AI-enabled analytics, automation tools, or scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Query, RPA, or similar) is advantageous.

• Practical experience with ERP, CRM, pricing, or commissions platforms is a plus.
