This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assess and validate AI-generated content pertaining to finance, accounting, financial reporting, and business operations.
• Analyze, compare, and evaluate AI model outputs for enhancement, development, and benchmarking purposes.
• Create expert-level explanations and solutions for finance-related situations.
• Detect inaccuracies, dubious assumptions, or incomplete recommendations, providing constructive criticism.
• Design practical finance use cases that encompass business scenarios, datasets, source materials, and evaluation metrics.
• Evaluate AI performance against tailored finance scenarios, interpret results, and refine tasks based on reviews and stakeholder insights.
• Adhere to project guidelines, documentation standards, and submission protocols.
• Produce precise, high-quality work while adhering to project deadlines.
• Utilize financial judgment and analytical reasoning to interpret complex data.
• Collaborate via cloud-based tools and integrate feedback throughout multiple review cycles.
• Over 7 years of experience in finance, including corporate finance, investment finance, FP&A, valuation, treasury, accounting, capital markets, banking, or similar financial fields.
• Solid background in finance management, financial analysis, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Professional experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, investment planning, investment management, or credit-related roles such as credit analysis and credit risk.
• Practical experience with forecasting models, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline (mandatory).
• Recent individual contributor experience handling finance-related tasks.
• Strong written communication abilities for articulating financial concepts, analyses, and recommendations.
• Proven analytical thinking and sound financial judgment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to documented processes while incorporating feedback through various review cycles.
• Capability to work effectively in a fully remote setting while independently managing tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Familiarity with utilizing cloud-based collaboration platforms, online document management tools, software applications, and file-sharing systems.
• Availability for approximately 30 to 40 hours per week over a 12-week project-based engagement.
• Residing within the United States.
• General knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and their business applications.
• Experience with financial reporting concepts, capital markets, and intricate business processes.
• Ability to craft realistic finance and investment scenarios complete with supporting data and evaluation criteria.
• Comfort in providing detailed written feedback and structured evaluations of complex financial content.
