
Senior Finance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the programming, planning, activation, and comprehensive delivery of intricate projects.
β’ Ensure that projects adhere to scope, timelines, budget constraints, and align with objectives and government regulations.
β’ Serve as the intermediary among clients, operational leaders, consultants, contractors, vendors, regulatory bodies, project teams, customers, stakeholders, and senior management.
β’ Conduct project initiation, form project teams, establish objectives and scope, document processes, create schedules, identify risks and assumptions, and supervise workflows and implementation.
β’ Provide leadership and guidance in client engagement, project development, strategic decision-making, scope management, and deliverables.
β’ Lead extensive strategic and cross-functional enhancement programs.
β’ Direct and oversee project managers and project/senior project coordinators.
β’ Mentor project managers and project/senior project coordinators.
β’ Coordinate project budget targets, statuses, and issue resolutions.
β’ Develop and sustain stakeholder relationships to align project outcomes.
β’ Manage and complete multiple concurrent projects of varying sizes.
β’ Create project plans, conduct kick-off meetings, track progress, and manage issues, risks, and escalations.
β’ Facilitate post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
β’ Communicate project statuses, issues, risks, escalations, and necessary actions, including presentations for executive levels.
β’ Prepare and maintain verifiable project documentation, cost estimates, reports, and budgets.
β’ Integrate Lean practices and support the development of policies, guidelines, and standards.
β’ Implement quality-control measures to ensure compliance with departmental, hospital, university, and regulatory standards.
β’ Conduct project-planning workshops and develop project charters, schedules, deliverables, and critical paths.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant discipline/field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible and related work experience is required.
β’ Ability to work autonomously and make effective decisions while meeting tight deadlines.
β’ Capability to exercise sound judgment and demonstrate effectiveness in decision-making situations.
β’ Proficient in presenting facts and recommendations clearly in both oral and written formats.
β’ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
β’ Skilled in writing reports using original or innovative techniques and styles.
β’ Ability to identify issues, risks, and escalations, gather data, validate conclusions, and implement resolutions.
β’ Strong understanding of medical and non-medical equipment, organizational programs, and procedures.
β’ Basic experience in preparing business cases and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
β’ Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio) and Microsoft SharePoint.
β’ Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, and other PPM software tools.
β’ Proven track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
β’ Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
β’ Excellent supervisory and matrix management abilities.
β’ Advanced capability to identify, develop, and quantify corrective action plans.
β’ Experience in workshop design and facilitation.
