Project Manager, Respiratory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, setup, monitoring, and conclusion phases of clinical trial projects.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, collecting requirements and converting them into actionable plans for internal teams.

• Coordinate project activities to ensure that studies are delivered on schedule, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.

• Develop and maintain critical study documentation and project records.

• Supervise the distribution and tracking of study equipment and materials.

• Create and distribute project and study status reports to stakeholders.

• Manage study documentation and data archiving activities upon project completion.

• Establish clear expectations with customers and ensure commitments are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor study timelines, project milestones, and overall financial performance.

• Identify project risks, formulate mitigation plans, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Promote collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and customers to attain study objectives.

• Lead communications, negotiations, and problem-solving initiatives to effectively resolve project challenges.

• Track customer issues and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and exceptional customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Experience in project management, ideally within clinical research, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.

• Familiarity with clinical trials and the drug development process is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is an advantage.

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in standard business and project management software tools.

• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, international, and customer-oriented environment.
