Project Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and facilitate various projects

• Conduct process flow-charting activities

• Utilize knowledge of departmental job functions and technologies, such as Blue Chip, IRIS, and Dashboard

• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships

• Create and present engaging presentations

• Communicate effectively and succinctly in both written and verbal forms

• Systematically organize and analyze project-related data

• Proficiently use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Lotus Notes

• Travel as required, including overnight trips

• Adhere to project deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of relevant business experience

• Minimum of 3 years in coordinating, managing, and facilitating projects

• Proven experience in process flow-charting

• Familiarity with departmental job functions and technologies, such as Blue Chip, IRIS, and Dashboard

• Strong customer relationship management capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Well-developed presentational, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills

• Proficient in PC applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Lotus Notes

• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays

• Ability to meet project deadlines consistently

• Detail-oriented approach

• Must be capable of working remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii
