Senior Finance, Data Analytics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide financial and operational analysis support to Finance, FP&A, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

• Collaborate with FP&A and IT to generate insights, enhance forecasting, improve reporting, and uncover opportunities for profitability, pricing, and operational performance.

• Conduct department spend analysis and budget variance reporting.

• Analyze budget against forecast and actuals while refining reporting processes.

• Assist in revenue forecasting efforts.

• Execute analyses on gross margin, profitability, pricing, client contracts, and overall performance.

• Prepare executive KPI reports and dashboards.

• Construct financial models for various business initiatives.

• Evaluate recruiter productivity, conversion rates, days-to-fill, fill rates, clinician utilization, and client performance metrics.

• Develop operational KPIs and monitor revenue and margin trends.

• Calculate commissions and analyze sales performance, revenue, and pipeline forecasts.

• Collaborate with IT Business Intelligence to establish reporting requirements.

• Validate and analyze data utilized in executive reporting.

• Create business cases and perform ROI analyses.

• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.

• Provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

• Report to the FP&A Manager and engage cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT Business Intelligence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Finance Analytics, Business Analytics, FP&A, or Decision Support is required.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel.

• Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling expertise.

• Experience in interpreting large datasets and delivering recommendations.

• Background in supporting executive leadership.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Preferred experience in healthcare staffing, workforce management, or professional services sectors.

• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as Sage Intacct, Bullhorn, or Salesforce.

• Knowledge of Power BI for report usage and validation rather than enterprise model development.

• Understanding of relational databases and data structures without the necessity for extensive SQL knowledge.
