Data Analyst, Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bolivia.

📋 Description

• Execute SQL queries for data extraction, filtering, and aggregation.

• Analyze campaigns, studies, and projects, transforming data into hypotheses, insights, and opportunities.

• Clean, model, and analyze complex datasets using Excel / Google Sheets.

• Define, propose, and justify methodologies based on the client's brief and time/budget constraints.

• Analyze results and create strategic reports with conclusions and business recommendations.

• Build and present high-impact narratives about results, relevance, and actions.

• Address complex business questions from internal teams and clients.

• Manage projects comprehensively, including timelines, priorities, and stakeholders.

• Seek creative solutions when data or tools are not perfect.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic/intermediate SQL skills, capable of extracting data independently.

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, modeling, cleaning, and synthesis.

• Intelligent research capability: benchmarks, research, and external sources.

• Familiarity with PowerBI, Metabase, or other visualization tools (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of automation using Python / R (preferred).

• True ownership: define the problem and provide solutions.

• Autonomy and judgment for decision-making.

• Curiosity, continuous learning, and adaptability.

• Clear, consultative communication oriented towards business.

• Understanding of the Retail / Consumer Goods ecosystem (highly valued).

• Familiarity with KPIs such as turnover, penetration, average ticket, and frequency (highly valued).
