Senior Finance, Data Analytics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide support to Finance, FP&A, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership through financial and operational analysis.

• Collaborate with FP&A and IT to create insights, enhance forecasting, improve reporting, and uncover opportunities for profitability, pricing, and operational performance.

• Conduct analysis of departmental spending and budget variance reporting.

• Evaluate budget versus forecast versus actuals and assist in revenue forecasting.

• Perform analyses related to gross margin, profitability, pricing, clients, and contracts.

• Generate executive KPI reporting and dashboards.

• Develop financial models for various business initiatives.

• Assess recruiter productivity, conversion rates, days-to-fill, fill rates, clinician utilization, client performance, revenue, margins, and operational KPIs.

• Calculate and report on commissions while analyzing sales performance, revenue, pipeline, and forecasts.

• Work alongside IT Business Intelligence to establish reporting requirements and ensure the accuracy of executive-reporting data.

• Create business cases and ROI analyses.

• Discover opportunities for automating manual reporting processes.

• Provide actionable, data-driven insights to executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Finance Analytics, Business Analytics, FP&A, or Decision Support.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel.

• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

• Experience in interpreting large datasets and presenting actionable recommendations.

• Proven experience in supporting executive leadership.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Preferred: background in healthcare staffing, workforce management, or professional services.

• Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Sage Intacct, Bullhorn, or Salesforce is preferred.

• Familiarity with Power BI is preferred, especially in utilizing and validating reports, rather than developing enterprise models.

• Understanding of relational databases and data structures is essential, though deep SQL expertise is not required.
