Senior Finance Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Act as the main commercial advisor for department leaders in Publishing, Partnerships, Sales, and Operations.

• Convert intricate financial realities into practical strategic decisions.

• Assess business cases, staffing plans, and commercial assumptions.

• Ensure that commercial decisions are backed by thorough ROI data.

• Assist in financial evaluations, scenario planning, and business case frameworks for strategic projects, product launches, and capital investments.

• Collaborate with business leaders and the FP&A team to support ongoing forecasts and annual budgeting processes.

• Develop and refine dynamic financial models that connect operational metrics such as traffic, CPM, and CPC to revenue, margin, and cash outcomes.

• Lead the analysis of company profitability and pricing strategies.

• Work alongside BI and Data Engineering teams to create automated, scalable single-source-of-truth data models.

• Facilitate the transition from individual Tableau, Looker, and Power BI dashboards to unified dashboards.

• Assist in the implementation of strategic financial initiatives, including a new prepayments policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.

• Preferably experience in digital, adtech, marketplace, SaaS, or platform businesses.

• Proven experience in building or significantly revamping processes.

• Strong skills in financial analysis.

• Experience handling large datasets.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Strong financial modeling capabilities.

• Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

• Capacity to collaborate across various functions.

• Strategic mindset paired with a practical, hands-on approach.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Fluent in English and Ukrainian.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is advantageous.

• Professional certifications like ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or similar are a plus.

• A background in Big Four firms is beneficial.

• Experience in two-sided business models or marketplace economics is an advantage.
