Senior Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Install and replace various parts, components, and modules within telecommunications equipment.

• Configure and set parameters for mobile and portable radios in line with the company’s communication protocols.

• Implement and set up Radio Frequency (RF) equipment, which includes radio link (transmission) systems and their related infrastructure.

• Conduct both corrective and preventive maintenance on communication systems (RF and infrastructure).

• Deliver field technical support, engage directly with customers, and resolve failures.

• Manage service tickets, act as a technical liaison, and escalate issues to the NOC (Network Operations Center) as needed.

• Generate comprehensive and precise technical reports for completed service calls, maintenance, and installations, including as-built documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical education in Electrotechnics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering.

• Professional registration: Must be in good standing with the CFT (Federal Council of Industrial Technicians).

• Prior experience in field technical support or implementation of Radio Frequency (RF) systems.

• Practical experience in installing and configuring fixed, mobile, or portable communication radios.

• Fundamental knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, including RF sites and towers.

• Experience working at heights.

• Valid NR-35 certification.

• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
