Senior Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at client sites following Honeywell-specific training.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system operation, efficiency, and reliability.

• Offer technical support and guidance to customers in the field.

• Record service activities and maintain precise documentation of work conducted.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

• Travel to various customer locations, with an expected travel requirement of 70% to 80%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of technical knowledge/experience in electronic and mechanical systems.

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, service management software, and schematic diagrams.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Willingness and capability to travel 70% to 80% to customer sites domestically and occasionally internationally.

• Experience in field service or technical support roles.

• Background in industrial or commercial service environments.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during field assignments.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
