This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Execute field service tasks as directed by coordinators in collaboration with the Service / Team Leader.
• Install, maintain, and repair the existing and future Life Science Diagnostics instrument portfolio, with an initial emphasis on Reproductive Health Screening systems.
• Assist the Service Lab and subsequently support the broader Life Science Diagnostics portfolio.
• Deliver first-line onsite training for users on Diagnostics systems.
• Schedule and conduct monthly routine maintenance.
• Provide service for overseas Revvity offices at customer locations internationally when requested.
• Ensure that documentation, circuit diagrams, Service Data Bulletins, and manuals are up to date and in the correct revision.
• Maintain auxiliary documentation, including Safety and Procedures Manuals, following the Quality Management System.
• Align work practices with departmental performance goals and demonstrate compliance with team objectives.
• Keep service spare parts and inventory records accurate, reporting and addressing discrepancies.
• Ensure that tools and testing equipment are sufficient and that equipment is calibrated as required.
• Finalize Work Orders and related documentation within one day of completion.
• Timely submission of E-Learning, expense claims, and vehicle-related forms.
• Serve as a professional representative for Revvity and uphold high standards of customer service.
• Bachelor’s Degree, HNC, or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, along with Chemistry / Biology at senior school level.
• Possession of a Full Driving Licence.
• Significant years of experience in a related Customer Service Environment.
• Experience with Liquid Handling, High Content Screening, or Immunoassay Systems in a clinical setting is advantageous.
• A broad understanding of Prenatal and Neonatal Screening and Revvity Diagnostics Systems is beneficial.
• Proficient PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (XP, 7, 10).
• Capability to network PCs.
• Understanding of Laboratory Information Systems.
• Background in Electronics, preferably acquired in a high technology service environment.
• Familiarity with analytical and clinical instrument applications.
• Exceptional people management and motivational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Capacity to communicate professionally with customers at all levels, providing service information, technical data, and general assistance.
