This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +42 more states.
β’ Create and manage comprehensive EPC schedules from the preconstruction phase through execution.
β’ Facilitate collaboration among PV, battery storage, high voltage, and services business units.
β’ Guide and mentor designated schedulers.
β’ Contribute to the development of training curricula and support company onboarding initiatives.
β’ Construct and uphold accurate EPC project schedules utilizing P6.
β’ Review drawings, contracts, and additional project documentation.
β’ Conduct quantity take-offs to determine activity durations.
β’ Collaborate with engineering, procurement, project management, field teams, owners, and consultants.
β’ Ensure that schedules adhere to CPM best practices.
β’ Participate in project coordination and owner meetings.
β’ Update schedules bi-monthly, incorporate actual performance, and track critical path deviations.
β’ Recommend corrective actions and develop schedule mitigation strategies.
β’ Communicate schedule updates to project teams and the scheduling manager.
β’ Perform what-if analyses across integrated schedules.
β’ Maintain delay logs and contract details, including LD exposure, through customized P6 reports.
β’ Track progress using Sunscreen and verify against schedule updates.
β’ Prepare and share weekly regional project status reports.
β’ Visit job sites to foster relationships and grasp site-specific nuances.
β’ Educate personnel on scheduling procedures.
β’ Assist business development and owners in assessing and enhancing project schedules.
β’ Support maintenance and reporting efforts for the P6 database.
β’ A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in construction scheduling.
β’ Prior experience in scheduling within an EPC context.
β’ High level of proficiency and experience with P6 Software.
β’ Strong capability to read and comprehend plans and specifications.
β’ In-depth understanding of construction methods and processes.
β’ Solid grasp of construction-related Critical Path Method scheduling.
β’ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, including business writing ability and a professional telephone demeanor.
β’ Dependability, reliability, and flexibility are essential.
β’ Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
