Senior Field Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of field marketing strategies for B2B events, conferences, trade shows, and community meetups.

• Represent PriceLabs at industry events, enhance attendance, and increase brand visibility.

• Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, collateral vendors, and internal cross-functional teams.

• Monitor event metrics and assess campaign effectiveness.

• Perform post-event evaluations and provide actionable insights to improve future event investments.

• Recognize repetitive operational tasks and implement AI-driven workflows, automation, and AI-enabled project management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in B2B Field Marketing or Event Marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple intricate event campaigns concurrently.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Professional maturity to collaborate autonomously with global remote teams and high-level external partners.

• Proficient in working with data to assess event performance, monitor attendance metrics, and deliver post-event analysis.

• Moderate to advanced practical experience with generative AI and automation tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with the hospitality, travel tech, or Short-Term Rental (STR) sectors is advantageous.

• Experience in managing and executing events in the United States or European markets is a plus.
