Senior Experience Designer – Banner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of projects from initial concept to final delivery as a reliable individual contributor.

• Implement HTML media banner production in accordance with media specifications and animation best practices.

• Develop scalable, production-ready solutions that include responsive resizing capabilities.

• Collaborate with Art, Copy, Development teams, and fellow Experience Designers.

• Assess trade-offs, address design challenges, incorporate feedback, and balance creative vision with technical feasibility and production quality.

• Strategically contribute to execution and influence design direction.

• Maintain quality from concept through to delivery.

• Support fellow Experience Designers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and leading by example.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Experience designing HTML media banners within the pharmaceutical sector or other highly regulated industries.

• Experience contributing to or working within design systems.

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Art, Copy, Development, and other designers.

• Experience optimizing creative for performance marketing goals.

• Basic understanding of HTML as it pertains to media banner production.

• Proficiency in Figma (required).

• Proficiency in timeline-based motion design and animation software.

• Familiarity with responsive and modular frameworks.

• Possess systems thinking with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to translate strategy and creative vision into scalable execution.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Capacity to work independently while demonstrating accountability.

• Experience within the pharmaceutical sector or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
