Senior Executive, Graphic & Web Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate and implement innovative concepts for digital and packaging initiatives in line with brand vision, marketing guidelines, and customer experience principles.

• Design and modify packaging for various product lines utilizing established brand templates.

• Produce digital design materials for websites, social media platforms, emails, and marketing campaigns.

• Uphold a consistent visual identity across all design outputs while ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing goals.

• Create and enhance logos, icons, color schemes, typography, and layout structures.

• Transform marketing strategies into visually appealing campaigns that bolster brand equity and drive sales growth.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers through constructive feedback and creative direction.

• Investigate emerging design trends, creative formats, and audience insights.

• Design and build responsive, high-performing web pages with a mobile-first focus.

• Collaborate with marketing, media, and copywriting teams to develop eCommerce landing pages.

• Implement UX/UI best practices to create layouts that are intuitive, visually engaging, and optimized for performance.

• Develop reusable page templates and modular design systems.

• Ensure web assets comply with responsiveness, accessibility, and loading-performance standards.

• Oversee promotional web materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and timely distribution.

• Evaluate and enhance the work of junior designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both digital and web design.

• Clear examples of mobile-first design projects are advantageous.

• Expertise in responsive and mobile UX/UI design.

• Experience in optimizing layouts, images, and performance for smaller screens.

• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline creative workflows, generate ideas, or boost productivity.

• Openness to learning and integrating new AI tools.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in remote, cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and responsible for meeting deadlines.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

• Comfortable using Figma, Slack, and Wrike.

• Laptop/CPU with sufficient speed.

• At least one monitor screen, including the laptop screen.

• Noise-cancelling headset with a microphone.

• Webcam.

• Designated workstation.

• Reliable and strong power and internet connectivity.
