Senior ERP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee ERP implementation projects from initial discovery to final go-live and ongoing support.

• Evaluate and enhance business processes to boost operational efficiency.

• Partner with clients to grasp their requirements and propose customized ERP solutions.

• Manage activities related to data migration, validation, and system integration.

• Provide support and resolve functional and technical ERP challenges.

• Conduct training sessions and offer guidance to end users and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

• Contribute to continuous product and process improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering ERP implementations and consulting services.

• Strong grasp of business process improvement and optimization.

• In-depth knowledge of finance processes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven experience in managing projects and achieving results within set scopes and timelines.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada.

• Candidates should be based in Western Canada.

• Experience in the fuel, gas, logistics, or related sectors is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, SAGE300, Crystal Reports, and Power BI is highly advantageous.
