Senior Epic Cadence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate meetings with end users and offer intermediate to expert knowledge in operational and application development.

• Execute advanced design, construction, and implementation tasks and projects.

• Convert intricate requirements and concepts into functional capabilities.

• Initiate, conduct, or lead discussions with end users, business stakeholders, and EIS teams.

• Oversee team projects, manage deliverables, provide status updates, and maintain customer relationships and expectations.

• Step in for the Team Lead as necessary.

• Identify and address teamwork challenges and escalate work-related issues when required.

• Redesign operational workflows in collaboration with end users and business stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into system specifications and configuration needs.

• Offer expertise on design integration and interactions with Epic modules and other applications.

• Lead work groups and act as a representative for the unit in Epic-related committees.

• Support the Team Lead with project plans and specifics.

• Oversee and coordinate advanced configuration and build projects.

• Mentor team members on application design, development, testing, documentation, support, and end-user training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Epic Cadence design, build, and implementation.

• Required experience in Decision Tree design and build; ideally 1+ years.

• Preferred experience in Provider Template Optimization, visit type consolidation, department and provider, and referrals build.

• Experience in project management.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities at once.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

• Epic Cadence Certification is required.

• Decision Tree Badge is preferred.
