Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accurately and efficiently fulfill incoming travel requests and inquiries using Sabre GDS.

• Provide assistance with group bookings, flights, hotels, and related travel arrangements.

• Offer proactive support for potential challenges faced by clients.

• Oversee location logistics and manage large group movements.

• Handle multiple complex itineraries effectively.

• Present travel offers and general travel advice to clients.

• Comprehend and accurately implement travel supplier regulations.

• Stay updated on the latest developments within supported travel industries.

• Share industry information, including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.

• Comply with client and BCD Media & Entertainment policies and procedures to ensure quality control.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Experience with travel industry systems, particularly Sabre GDS.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.

• Capability to work independently while exercising discretion and judgment.

• Demonstrated professional customer service abilities.

• Availability to work the specified Sunday–Thursday schedule in Costa Rica local time.
