This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead substantial, cross-functional, company-wide initiatives aimed at process enhancement and operational projects with significant executive visibility.

• Enhance operational efficiency and minimize cycle times.

• Oversee projects that involve international operations, offshoring, the implementation of new systems, post-merger integrations, and strategic initiatives.

• Assume a Project Management role as directed by leadership.

• Collect feedback from internal customers, facilitate process discovery sessions, and conduct situational assessments.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify, define, and execute process-specific consulting projects.

• Coordinate efforts across various organizations and disciplines with multiple owners, tasks, and deliverables.

• Provide regular updates on project status to executives.

• Engage directly with senior leadership, including SLT members and company owners.

• Tailor process improvement strategies to fit specific projects.

• Present project status at an executive level while maintaining comprehensive project plans.

• Work alongside PMO/project managers on related projects and manage transitions to implement agreed-upon solutions.

• Promote the adoption of industry-standard methodologies for process improvement.

• Stay updated on Lean Six Sigma advancements, techniques, and industry trends.

• Support Lean Six Sigma training and certification initiatives through content delivery, coaching, mentoring, and project oversight.

• Consult, prioritize, and communicate with stakeholders regarding project pipelines, expectations, and feedback.

• Provide prompt, high-touch service to Executives and SLT.

• Undertake special projects and additional assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health, or a Medical field.

• MBA or equivalent business knowledge is preferred.

• At least 12 years of experience in identifying, scoping, and leading process improvement initiatives at large corporations with international operations and measurable outcomes.

• Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, with proven experience managing a successful project portfolio.

• Experience working directly with C-level executives.

• Involvement in process improvement projects related to mergers and acquisitions.

• Knowledge of major financial reporting techniques and terminology, with experience working alongside a large finance team.

• Publication or conference presentation experience in Lean Six Sigma or related subjects is an advantage.

• Experience in large software companies and familiarity with software development lifecycle management methodologies is a plus.

• Anticipate travel to be under 10%, though some travel may be necessary.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong executive presence.

• Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, and Outlook), project management tools, video conferencing, and other standard project tools.

• Organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure on multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.

• Self-motivated and capable of driving initiatives that are constantly evolving, working with diverse groups and processes.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team with a sense of urgency.

• Capacity to manage confidential information appropriately.

• Competence in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.

• Ability to function within a matrixed organization.

• Proficiency in all required skills and competencies.

• Must have high-speed internet access/connectivity and be responsible for office setup and maintenance.

• Must provide a dedicated, secure workspace.
