Senior Enterprise Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of improvements for the management, quality, and storage of enterprise data.

• Execute initiatives that enhance profiling, exception reporting, issue resolution, and address fixes within the Enterprise Data Warehouse.

• Develop dashboards to modernize analytics and support management with specialized data projects.

• Enforce data policies and procedures throughout the enterprise.

• Collect feedback from associates to pinpoint enhancements in data management capabilities.

• Complete month-end validations of reporting data to ensure quality and comprehensiveness.

• Provide assistance in training or mentoring less experienced consultants.

• Facilitate strategies to advance the Bank's data management capabilities.

• Support management in strategic planning and implementation efforts.

• Collaborate across functions to enhance the department's presence within the Bank's business units.

• Stay informed about current and emerging technologies and trends in the financial services sector.

• Create and maintain documentation for the Enterprise Data Warehouse, which includes source-to-target mappings and data dictionaries.

• Identify and generate centralized business-critical reports.

• Offer expert consultation to team members, Information Technology, the Bank's Data Council, and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Data Management or Data Analytics OR a High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience in Data Management or Data Analytics.

• Preferred Education: Advanced Degree.

• Preferred Certification: DAMA Certified Data Management Professional-Practitioner (CDMP-P).

• Familiarity with data warehousing and transformation methods, lineage documentation, and ETL processes.

• Proficient in data spreadsheets and databases.

• Understanding of Base SAS programming, SAS Enterprise Guide, Cognos, or similar programs.

• Capability to write in the SAS programming language.
