Senior Enterprise Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for AI and enterprise workloads in collaboration with sales teams.

• Ensure customer success by promoting the adoption of Akamai's cloud, delivery, and security solutions.

• Facilitate the design and implementation of Akamai Edge, Compute, and Security solutions, along with APIs and architectures tailored for advanced AI workloads.

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and technologies.

• Work together with data scientists, engineers, developers, and stakeholders to implement AI solutions and optimize performance.

• Advocate for emerging trends and contribute to shaping product roadmaps in conjunction with Product Management and R&D.

• Provide technical thought leadership and educate colleagues on best practices and technology trends.

• Establish a strong technical presence in AI and cloud/edge computing domains.

• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to define future product direction and strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in scripting languages and development practices.

• Ability to comprehend business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Capability to function as a technical consultant to clients and foster effective strategic relationships.

• Strong analytical skills to assess data and provide actionable insights and thought leadership.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
