Senior Enterprise AI Engineer, IT Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and implement enterprise AI solutions utilizing Workato, MCP frameworks, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, and other related technologies.

• Develop AI agents and assistants that streamline workflows across IT, Security, Finance, HR, Legal, and GTM functions.

• Contribute reusable patterns for agent orchestration, prompt design, context management, and workflows involving human review.

• Construct and sustain end-to-end automated workflows through Workato and similar integration platforms.

• Integrate SaaS applications, internal systems, and data services into AI-driven business workflows.

• Identify opportunities to minimize manual tasks through automation and process enhancement.

• Implement security, privacy, and compliance standards within AI solutions.

• Adhere to governance frameworks and best practices for responsible AI.

• Apply controls to safeguard against data leakage, prompt injection, and unauthorized access.

• Collaborate with Security and IT teams to ensure the safe and compliant operation of AI systems.

• Develop reusable AI components, templates, and integrations.

• Document best practices and implementation strategies.

• Assist internal teams in deploying and expanding AI-enabled workflows.

• Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, and related tools to enhance employee productivity.

• Identify and execute high-value AI use cases across various business functions.

• Measure and refine deployed AI solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend operational challenges and devise solutions.

• Translate requirements into scalable technical implementations.

• Work in conjunction with IT, Security, Enterprise Applications, and business teams to achieve successful results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise engineering, software engineering, automation, or IT systems.

• Practical experience in building integrations and workflows using Workato, Tines, or comparable platforms.

• Experience with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, AI assistants, or agent frameworks.

• Strong comprehension of APIs, integrations, and SaaS ecosystems.

• Experience in implementing security and compliance controls within cloud environments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to independently deliver technical solutions.

• Preferred: experience with MCP or similar agent and context management frameworks.

• Preferred: experience extending Microsoft 365 Copilot and utilizing Microsoft Graph APIs.

• Preferred: experience with Claude or other enterprise AI platforms.

• Preferred: familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI principles.

• Preferred: experience supporting internal platforms or business systems in a SaaS company.
