Senior Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of the company's web and mobile products aimed at customers.

• Assist numerous construction professionals in saving time and expanding their businesses.

• Collaborate with leadership from Product, Operations, and Engineering to ensure technical execution aligns with business goals.

• Enhance app usability and reliability across both web and mobile platforms by adhering to industry best practices and fostering innovation.

• Participate in high-level technical decision-making at a strategic level.

• Lead and nurture the team through recruitment, coaching, mentorship, and professional growth.

• Propel team performance through sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, demos, and various other ceremonies.

• Cultivate an engineering culture that emphasizes ownership, results, and delivering value to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and mentoring engineers in a dynamic environment, emphasizing execution and delivery.

• Strong leadership capabilities accompanied by high agency, customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven approach.

• Proficiency in both back-end and front-end technology stacks, including Python, JavaScript, Django (DRF), HTML, CSS, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS.

• Passion for modern agentic AI tools and concepts, including context engineering.

• Active engagement with tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, consistently seeking additional efficiency improvements.

• Comfort in Agile development environments.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones and cultures.

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
