This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and diagnose intricate operational challenges while determining root causes across cloud environments.
• Leverage AI technologies to expedite investigation and resolution processes.
• Develop automation and AI-driven workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Acquire knowledge and provide support for evolving services in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Oversee cloud-native services including compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, and security.
• Measure and report the outcomes of automation and AI initiatives, focusing on their effects on efficiency, service delivery, customer experience, and reliability.
• Advocate for continuous improvement, innovation, operational excellence, automation, and AI-first methodologies.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for managed services customers.
• Facilitate technical discussions with customers and internal account teams.
• Communicate with customers regarding incidents, service requests, maintenance, and changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to SLA commitments.
• Mentor team members and lead technical projects.
• Offer technical leadership during complex incidents, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support customer environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure, with plans for future expansion into GCP.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and/or military experience.
• 6–9 years of experience in troubleshooting and managing core services in both AWS and Azure, covering compute, networking, identity, storage, monitoring, and security.
• Over 3 years of experience in developing automation solutions utilizing Python, PowerShell, APIs, workflows, or orchestration tools.
• More than 3 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, managed services, or platform engineering environments.
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools, assistants, and automation platforms to enhance operational efficiency and expedite problem resolution.
• Experience in consuming and integrating REST APIs and cloud-native services.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the capability to diagnose complex technical problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be eligible to support public sector customers and successfully pass required background checks including criminal history and fingerprint-based investigations.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Verification of active certification(s) is mandatory.
• Preferred: experience in AWS/Azure MSP roles.
• Preferred: experience in creating AI-powered operational workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
• Preferred: familiarity with LLMs, generative AI platforms, and AI assistants.
• Preferred: experience integrating Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: experience in developing agentic workflows, AI orchestration frameworks, or autonomous operational processes.
• Preferred: experience with AIOps platforms, observability tools, and intelligent event correlation systems.
• Preferred: experience in developing knowledge retrieval, RAG, or AI-assisted support solutions.
• Preferred: AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
