Senior Engineer, NetScaler, Terraform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage and assist customers with their NetScaler/ADC environments.

• Ensure consistent, secure, and high-quality service delivery.

• Automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure utilizing Terraform and Azure DevOps.

• Continuously refine and improve existing Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.

• Actively enhance customer environments to ensure stability, performance, security, and automation.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues.

• Provide support for incident, change, and technical escalation management.

• Oversee small to medium-sized service-related projects, from the technical design phase through to implementation.

• Offer technical consulting to customers and act as a technical liaison.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Share knowledge and assist team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in managing and advancing complex IT infrastructures, as well as working within service or project settings.

• Strong understanding of Citrix NetScaler/ADC.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Ansible, Git, or CI/CD is a plus.

• Passion for emerging technologies and the ability to self-learn new areas of expertise.

• Excellent customer service and orientation towards service delivery.

• Competence in working collaboratively within a team.

• Organized and independent work style.

• Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
