Senior Engagement Manager – Forward Deployed Engineering

📋 Description

• Achieve significant results for Public Sector clients and at both the Business Unit and Regional team levels.

• Take ownership of and independently define multi-quarter, highly intricate initiatives in demanding environments.

• Strive for excellence at the BU/Region level while contributing to booking targets and consumption objectives.

• Navigate regional, regulatory, and market-specific challenges across various countries.

• Mentor and assist junior Engagement Managers.

• Develop account strategies aligned with client objectives and lead the sales of complex Professional Services & Training solutions.

• Build and sustain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders in customer organizations.

• Engage in the hiring process to attract top-tier talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in Professional Services.

• In-depth knowledge of Professional Services & Training offerings with the ability to tailor solutions for complex environments.

• Demonstrated thought leadership, increasingly recognized as an external expert in the industry.

• Proficient in Databricks architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.

• Willingness to travel up to 25-50% as necessary.

• Current high-level clearance.
