Senior Endoluminal Market Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Drive market development initiatives during the pre-commercialization stage of the Ion Endoluminal System.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders in thoracic surgery and pulmonology.

• Guide customers from the pre-commercial phase through the full commercialization of the product portfolio.

• Enhance organizational understanding of interventional pulmonology, interventional radiology, and thoracic surgery specialties.

• Analyze patient pathways, imaging technologies, medical devices, care pathway incentives and barriers, stakeholders, and financial/clinical value points.

• Gather market insights related to lung cancer screening and incidental nodule programs across various hospital segments.

• Develop data-driven strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies.

• Comprehend ROI calculations for hospital stakeholders in navigational bronchoscopy and competing modalities.

• Maintain regular communication with regional and global commercial leadership.

• Collaborate with global marketing, commercial leadership, product management, and clinical engineering teams to generate interest among physicians and executives.

• Convey field insights to internal departments to ensure a successful launch and sustainable utilization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare sales and/or marketing.

• Willingness to travel regionally, including international trips as necessary.

• Strong collaboration abilities and excellent communication skills.

• Proven track record of working effectively across regions, cultures, and cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of and experience with early product and procedure adoption curves.

• Capability to present and clearly articulate business plans to organizational stakeholders and leadership.

• Clinical knowledge in lung health specialties is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Ability to travel up to 40%.
