Senior Electrical Estimator, Data Centers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate the estimating plan and oversee the estimate creation process alongside the project team.

• Spearhead the development of the comprehensive project estimate.

• Compile the complete Project Basis of Estimate and conduct Estimate Risk Analysis.

• Provide recommendations for cost contingencies to the project team.

• Evaluate and propose solutions to challenges of varying complexity in alignment with organizational and project goals and guidelines.

• Maintain an updated library of local rates to assist in estimates.

• Collaborate with culturally diverse teams and clients on significant project and cost management initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience as an Estimator, with progressively increasing scope and responsibilities in a construction setting.

• Proven experience utilizing estimating software such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.

• A degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related field.

• Possession of RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status, or actively pursuing completion.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.

• Capability to foster robust relationships with teams and clients.
