This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Sr Director of Training, QC & Client Experience to devise strategies and methods aimed at fulfilling organizational objectives.
• Engage with the Management team to identify and implement approaches that enhance quality, efficiency, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Oversee and direct both routine and non-routine projects.
• Create, update, and maintain instructional documents for the department.
• Manage and maintain the IRB Operations Document Inventory.
• Act as a subject matter expert for IRB Operations teams, including Client Services, regarding operational matters.
• Provide expertise for both internal and external inquiries.
• Support Client Experience, Client Success, and QA with client inquiries about Client Services processes.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Team Leads, and Managers to ensure uniformity in responses and methodologies.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of protocol and site submission types.
• Evaluate and analyze complete submissions for quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with processes.
• Complete tasks within designated turnaround times.
• Participate in conferences and workshops.
• Lead presentations during meetings as required.
• Finish assigned training promptly.
• Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of equivalent experience in a clinical research or healthcare environment is preferred.
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or the ability to achieve CIP certification within one (1) year of eligibility.
• A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in a relevant role.
• Experience in fulfilling responsibilities with team-wide visibility and influence, such as consistently providing training and guidance to teams or other groups.
• Proven ability to function as an expert in operational processes and offer suitable insights to junior staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in SharePoint.
• Experience with document version control and tracking.
• Capability to adjust to evolving technologies and document management systems.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods at a stationary workstation.
• Capability to regularly lift, raise, and lower objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to learn and understand basic instructions.
• Strong focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficient verbal communication, listening, understanding, responding, and speaking skills.
