This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Promote Toshiba products and services through the independent dealer channel to meet sales targets in a complex territory while supporting EID revenue growth and TABS business goals.
• Enhance sales revenue and market share by managing a designated territory, expanding distribution, and addressing market needs.
• Engage with distribution channels, conduct sales presentations, and demonstrate products.
• Follow established sales procedures, manage the sales pipeline, ensure forecast accuracy, and maintain client relationships.
• Create monthly and annual sales forecasts along with related sales reports.
• Evaluate sales potential, identify areas of concern, and maintain regular communication with management.
• Daily input and tracking of sales data and activities in the sales system.
• Research, monitor, and assess market trends, competitor sales efforts, and consumer requirements.
• Build and sustain relationships at all organizational levels.
• Understand client objectives and needs, aligning Toshiba products and services with business prospects.
• Act as the primary contact and relationship manager for BTA dealer distribution channels.
• Execute sales and marketing programs and initiatives for the assigned territory.
• Work in collaboration with Sales Teams to implement strategies that boost revenue and market share.
• Train and educate dealer personnel on the product portfolio and assist with the onboarding of new staff.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least seven years of sales experience in high-tech business products, MFPs, solutions, and services.
• Proficient in MFP and solutions product demonstration skills.
• Capability to manage a large geographic territory with a proven history of meeting sales targets in the assigned area.
• Strong client-facing abilities and effective selling using a consultative approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in cold calling and prospecting.
• Strong business acumen, including achieving sales quotas and closing deals.
• Ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Must have proficiency in salesforce.com or a similar CRM system.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver’s License is necessary.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Commission plan opportunities of $60,000 per year at 100% of quota (approximate).
