This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and surpass quarterly and yearly revenue targets throughout the Americas region.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Collaborate with internal channel stakeholders and strategic channel partners on sales initiatives.
• Build relationships within the partner ecosystem to enhance partner performance.
• Engage in intricate enterprise sales opportunities and executive-level customer interactions in a player-coach capacity.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue increase.
• Establish a disciplined approach to forecasting and ensure revenue predictability.
• Conduct reviews of the executive-level pipeline and forecasts.
• Drive consistent execution of sales strategies, methodology adoption, and accountability.
• Mentor Account Executives on strategic account planning, competitive displacement, and best practices in enterprise sales.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain top talent in enterprise sales.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on territory planning, growth initiatives, and scaling the organization.
• Act as an executive sponsor for key customer relationships and strategic opportunities.
• Work alongside Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to optimize growth and customer outcomes.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Provide revenue forecasts, business insights, and strategic recommendations to the COO and executive leadership team.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, executive forums, partner events, and customer interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Over 12 years of B2B technology sales experience.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience in enterprise sales.
• At least 5 years of experience selling cybersecurity, information security, SaaS security, or related technology solutions.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise sales teams responsible for substantial ARR growth.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling revenue-generating organizations.
• Consistent history of surpassing revenue targets and enhancing forecasting accuracy.
• Experience collaborating directly with executive leadership on growth strategies.
• In-depth expertise in cybersecurity and enterprise technology sales.
• Proven success in scaling enterprise sales organizations.
• Strong player-coach leadership style with demonstrated participation in complex deal executions.
• Exceptional skills in forecasting, business planning, and operational management.
• Strong executive presence with experience selling to C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to influence organizational strategy and cross-functional business initiatives.
• Excellent skills in coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Advanced understanding of Salesforce and revenue forecasting methodologies.
