Senior Director, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the N4 Professional Services practice throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

• Collaborate with Sales to market services effectively.

• Lead the management of delivery and practice operations.

• Propel AI-driven delivery utilizing AVA and standardized methodologies to enhance Time to Value.

• Work alongside Sales to define, scope, and finalize N4 services engagements.

• Achieve or surpass regional financial and operational objectives.

• Champion the adoption of AI-driven techniques and standardized delivery frameworks.

• Ensure outcome-based commitments and strive for zero failed go-lives.

• Cultivate relationships with senior operations and IT leaders at key EMEA clients and partners.

• Oversee multiple managers and delegate responsibilities efficiently.

• Take ownership of regional Revenue, Utilization, and Margin.

• Formulate and implement strategies for regional growth and profitability.

• Enhance the coaching capabilities of Senior Managers, Managers, and Directors.

• Lead the annual regional Professional Services talent review in collaboration with Human Resources.

• Motivate teams and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and ongoing learning.

• Contribute to industry forums and establish Kaleris Professional Services as a thought leader in the port and terminal sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience.

• A minimum of 10 years in direct management roles, including overseeing managers.

• Experience leading teams in the implementation and upgrading of Terminal Operating Systems or similar enterprise applications.

• Demonstrated customer-facing experience, encompassing pre-sales, defining scopes, and engaging with executives.

• Extensive knowledge in digital transformation and AI-driven delivery methodologies.

• Experience in ports, terminals, or supply chain environments is preferred.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Capability to manage multiple managers and delegate effectively.

• Ability to articulate vision and priorities clearly and engage confidently at the C-level.

• Proficient in presenting dashboards and Key Performance Indicators during management meetings.
